Our production is equipped with modern automated lines that ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency in electronics manufacturing. Automation integrates every stage—from SMT placement and soldering to testing—under a digital control system. This guarantees high quality and full component traceability. The lines use high-precision SMT equipment, AOI systems, convection reflow ovens, and robotic assembly. Automation minimizes human influence and shortens the production cycle. This is a step toward Smart Manufacturing.
To ensure flawless quality at every stage, we use Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)—a key element of modern electronics quality control. High-speed, high-accuracy AOI systems verify component placement and soldering on PCBs. Cameras and machine-vision algorithms detect defects (misalignment, solder issues, shorts) in real time. This enables fast corrective action. AOI provides 100% inspection, reduces manual checks, and minimizes rejects. AOI integration ensures complete quality traceability for every product.
A key stage is high-precision soldering of SMD components to ensure reliable device operation. We use modern SMT and soldering equipment in controlled conditions. The process—from solder paste application to reflow—is automated by digital systems, ensuring uniformity and excellent joint quality. Our technologies enable soldering down to 01005 components, controlling the thermal profile, and preventing defects (insufficient soldering, overheating). High-precision soldering combines engineering accuracy, automation, and control to deliver long-lasting products.
Our production is designed around flexibility and adaptability, allowing us to quickly reconfigure processes for batches of any size—from prototypes to series production. Digital line control makes it possible to rapidly adjust placement, soldering, and testing parameters to meet customer requirements. All setups are stored, ensuring repeatability and stable quality. Benefits: quick changeovers between products and support for small-batch manufacturing.
